PARTS OF THE MS WORD 


Title Bar-It shows the name of the open document.


Minimize, Maximize, and Exit Button-It  Hides, Toggle, and Close the application.


Ribbon-This contains all of the command buttons that have common purposes in MS Words.


Menu Bar-This contains the menu to activate the  Ribbon, Group, and Tabs of commands.


Quick Access Toolbar-This allows you to add frequently used commands.


Document Window-An area where you could edit/type text.


Navigation Pane-This is where you could find and replace the documents.


Vertical Ruler-This is used to serve as a guide.


Vertical Toolbar-Allows you to save open and print the document.


Status Bar-This Display more information about the document.


View Options-This is used to change the viewing point of the document. 

(ex. Reading view, Web layout, and Fullscreen.) 


Zoom Slide-This allows you to increase or decrease the amount you would like to see in the document.


Task Bar-This Shows open programs.


Notification Area-It provides various information about their operating system.


Vertical Scroll Bar-Allows you to View the entire worksheet by moving it up and down.
